Excavation at Apex is Complete

We want to take a moment to update you on some progress occurring at our construction site.

With Denna’s continued commitment to Seylynn Village, excavation at Apex is complete and the crane has been installed, all before sales for Apex have even started. This is an exciting step forward in bringing our third and final tower to Seylynn Village! Check out the video below to see how this 197-foot crane took shape over the span of a day.

At 32 stories, Apex will be the tallest tower on the North Shore, offering stunning views of local mountains, Downtown Vancouver and Burrard Inlet.
